About the Event
Join Senseis Dan, Pat & Logan for another Women's Self-Defense Workshop, featuring guest speaker Mark Babcock, Police Officer for the Town of Greece. It's as fun as it is impactful! Perfect for our karate moms, sisters, grandmothers, aunts, or other friends (ages 13+).
We'll base this workshop on RAD: Recognize, Avoid, and Defend — taking a practical approach to women's self-defense. The tactics you'll learn and practice are simple, smart, and realistic.
If you attended one of our past workshops, we have some new self-defense techniques to introduce to you.
Be sure to wear clothes that you can move freely in and bring a water if you'd like.
